Abe Morell
I discovered a new photographer - Abe Morell - whose work I love. His latest series uses the camera obscura. The images you see below are not manipulated in any way- basically the room is pitch black and there is a pinhole by the window through which light passes through and projects the scene in reverse on the opposite wall. Check out his portfolio here.

Message in a Bottle
I have a ton of images from my latest iStock series to sort through and choose which ones to upload to my portfolio. The idea was 'message of love in a bottle'. Initially the problem of how to get a rose in the neck of a wine bottle completely evaded me. Somehow, someway it worked, and I'm really happy with the end result.

Edward Hopper
There are numerous photographers I'm inspired by (Joel Meyerowitz, Cartier-Bresson, Sally Mann, to name a few), however there is one painter in particular whose work I love - Edward Hopper. I admire him for his color sensibility and the way he utilized light to define his subject matter.

Sunrise
This was my first time seeing sunrise in Miami, and it was well worth having to wake up before dawn. The light is so darn beautiful it makes me want to get up early every morning to photograph.

Wedding Sneak Peak: Sharon & Menachem
Thursday started off with a hint of gray storm clouds. As the day wore on, it started to rain lightly yet at the perfect time it ceased completely in time for the ceremony. It took place at the Cuban Hebrew Congregation in Miami Beach. Congratulations Sharon & Menachem! Enjoy your life together :)
